OSHA 10 hour Construction, also a construction oriented subject, touches on several areas of safety-related activities ranging from the basic introduction to OSHA , Fall Protection, Personal Protection Equipment, and Hazard Communication to name a few. Just as NCCER places an emphasis on safety the OSHA 10 material is also an introduction to safety procedures relative to the construction industry.

These areas are essential elements to enter the workplace in this day and time and by having this training it shows the potential employer the applicant has a basic awareness of what it takes to carry out their tasks while on the job in a safe manner.
